Overall rating: 4.6 / 5 from 151 reviews.

I was excited to try these. They’re good and I’m sure they have all the necessary things to get your body ready for pregnancy.. however, I just wish they were more tasty or easier to go down. Like someone else stated, I’m not a fan of the baked style bar. I would prefer a chewy one or a more gooey one. Thank you!

I loved the old chewy style bars my last pregnancy (the lemon berry in particular was my fave), but these new baked ones are not it. They have a weird texture and the "health food"-esque flavor feels much more jarring and out of place. Please bring back the old ones!

Cannot recommend Tend prenatal bars enough! Not only are they delicious, they reassure me that I am providing my body the proper nutrients without anything synthetic. I highly recommend the Strawberry Patch flavor, it’s top tier!

I searched for a plant based prenatal vitamin while I was pregnant and so many of them had gelatin in them or a low dosage of something. So when I came across Tend, I was impressed by how nutrient packed these bars were. They exceeded my expectations because of their Nutrition Facts and how good the bars were. I love how informative the website is. There was a sense of relief once I purchased my subscription. I felt a huge difference when I finally got my hands on them. I was happily recommending Tend to everyone I knew who was with child and I still do. Now that I’ve had my baby I am looking forward to purchasing the postnatal bar.

First prenatal vitamins I’ve tried since deciding to focus on my health before getting pregnant and I’m sticking to it. I love that I don’t have to worry about the ingredients and know that I’m meeting all of the nutrients, vitamins, and mineral intake specific to the female body. My favorite is chocolate sea salt and I prefer cutting the top and pushing up the bar to make no mess.

These are delicious! This is the first product I've tried in the last 6 months that doesn't make me sick or make me feel like vomiting. You can see the nuts and fruit pieces they use which is so nice because you know you're getting real ingredients. They're close to the texture of a protein bar so if you're used to that like I am, you'll easily get used to these. They're also a nice bite size portion. Anywhere between 2-4 bites is all it takes. Thank you for being a life (pregnancy) saver for this first time mom! I look forward to finishing out my last trimester with these prenatal bars.

I just needed to reach out and say thank you. I just opened my first box. I haven’t been able to keep my prenatals down, they make me incredibly sick on top of constantly being sick. And I just had an incredibly emotional release after eating my first tend bar, being able to keep it down, enjoying it (which feels hard to say about much lately) and knowing it’s providing my body and baby’s with so much. I was feeling intimidated about having to stomach a whole bar, and was relieved to see they are smaller than my palm. I ordered the variety box and started with strawberry patch, which was yummy! You guys are amazing and I’m so happy your journey inspired you to help others. Truly, thank you.

Beyond impressed! I have been on the search for a clean prenatal derived from real foods for months. I’m so happy I found Tend!! It seemed that even the organic and NSF certified pill or gummy prenatals all had inaccurate 3rd party testing and some even had much higher levels of lead and other heavy metals in them than what their marketing and labels displayed. It’s also very hard to trust influencers when most are getting compensated to promote a product. I could tell right away that Tend was different. These bars are a yummy snack packed with high quality essential nutrients for you and your little. Thank you Tend!!

Loving this alternative to my prenatal pills/gummies. Can’t stand the smell of traditional prenatals, so these bars are 100000x better than dealing with them. I’ve only tried one flavor so far but I’m happy and will def eat it every day. My bottle of prenatal pills I never touch will for sure be jealous!

So excited to find a prenatal that is truly natural and that has the amounts of vitamins/minerals I was looking for. It’s so fun to take your vitamins in snack form as well!

I selected the multi-pack to try all the flavors and I can honestly say they're all good. My favorite is probably the chocolate sea salt and then followed up by the lemon berry. What I love most is that I'm currently experiencing nausea first thing in the morning when I wake up and I feel so much better after I eat a bar so the anti-nausea mix of ginger, mint & B6 really helps! The thought of swallowing a pill right now sounds horrible. I'm a long time customer of the GEM whole-food vitamin bites and so I knew when I was looking at prenatals I wanted something edible. In my opinion, Tend's bars taste even better. I'll probably keep to the multi-pack just because I like the variety!

I have tried all the flavors and I will say the Chocolate Sea Salt is my favorite. They all do taste like a vitamin, except the chocolate sea salt. Not sure how they masked that flavoring so it taste like a dessert and not a vitamin. I bet one day they will be able to do the same with the others. But one big reason why I choose Tend over other vitamins is it's food based nutrients able to be absorbed by the body better than pills.

I have tried so many gumies and they either made me sick or tasted awful. I am so happy I found this! It tastes good and has everything I was looking for in one bar!

I chose to keep my Tend bars in one of my bedroom draws just to make sure no one else in the house mistakes them for snacks. 😂 I honestly didn’t enjoy the taste of the bars right away, but after only a week I’m not only used to them, I’m starting to enjoy and look forward to them…and there’s even one flavor I find myself craving!! So after starting with the variety set, now I guess I know which is my favorite flavor I’ll be sticking with! The peace of mind knowing that my body is actually absorbing these needed nutrients from real food is an absolute blessing to me! I’m done with wondering whether or not my prenatal tablets are doing me any good! It’s a relief.

I am so happy to have a healthy alternative to pills! For as long as I can remember I have a hard time swallowing pills, and the liquid and powder options are usually filled with sugar and other artificial elements. Tend was a huge life saver for me during my pregnancy! A healthy bar with real food that tastes amazing and it doesn't leave me nauseous! I LOVE Tend, and highly recommend even if you can swallow pills!

I dreaded taking my prenatal vitamin before so began searching for alternatives. I'm SO glad I found Tend! The Lemon Berry is quite tasty. I love the ingredients and am excited to try the other flavors!

I'm so excited to have found Tend! I hate swallowing pills and I always try to get more nutrients through food, this is the perfect balance. I love that the Chocolate Peanut Butter flavor has extra protein, a huge plus for blood sugar regulation.

Easy to remember because I love to snack, but they do taste like vitamins… I would say I’m overly excited to eat them every morning. I have each flavor and all taste meh.

The ultimate game changer for prenatals! They are so convenient, they are small and you can eat them on the go! They taste great and have been so easy on my stomach! I can’t swallow pills & you body absorbs better from food so they have overall been amazing! I will for sure be using them with my next pregnancy as well!

I ordered 2 week trial pack (lemon Barry) and I’m absolutely love it, I’m gonna order it again

Great taste! First prenatal that didn't make me nauseous!

I love being able to get the nutrients I need in food form! Not only is the bar tasty, but it helps me get something on my stomach when I need it first thing in the morning. I can’t wait to try other flavors!

Absolutely delicious! So glad I can ditch my old chalky powders and giant pills. Plus they offer more than my last prenatal by including Omega-3 DHA. Huge fan!

So far so good! I’m not pregnant yet but TTC, and I always hated taking other prenatals with so much synthetic stuff in them. I was never sure if they were really helping more than they were hurting me! Now I love just grabbing my Tend bar and eating it on my morning walk! I just wish the bars were bigger so I could enjoy them for longer 😉

I love the idea of getting my vitamins and minerals from food and not from synthetic ingredients made in a lab. Love that it's a healthy delicious snack on the go, love the new small size, love not taking pills every day. It's a win-win-win. And I like that I can customize my box now too!

I have done sooo much research for a prenatal that has higher dosages in many of the daily vitamin requirements during my pregnancy- many may meet the requirement in one area but miss out on the others! I had desired to eat my prenatal needs through whole foods in my diet alone but with my busy schedule it wasn’t feasible. Tend has been SUCH a fantastic whole-istic supplement option to support my daily needs in the real food way I desired. Just reached 3rd trimester and I feel baby movin and groovin, growing health as can be- it is such a relief knowing I’m nourishing my whole body with whole foods. Oh not to mention, tastes pretty scrumptious ;) favorite it the dark choco + sea salt

Love them! I have only tried the lemon berry bars, (I'm not a fan of chocolate), they are delicious! I am not currently pregnant or trying but I want to build up my reserves so when I choose to, my baby will have everything they need :)

Literally helps me get out of bed in the morning! The lemon berry is specifically very ginger and lemon forward and really helps to sooth my morning sickness when I wake up. I took away one star for lack of flavor options, would love to see more!

Love that I got the smaller version! I definitely appreciate Tend for creating a food-prenatal!!

I loved switching to tend. I couldn’t handle iron in pill form so I love that I get iron with this minus the constipation. Flavors are good ive even mixed in with nothing added plain yogurt as part of my morning routine!

These are groundbreaking for pregnant women. I am beyond grateful that I found these for my first pregnancy. I love that these are pocket sized, there's zero vitamin aftertaste (because there are zero synthetic ingredients), and that believe it or not.. they actually taste good. So excited to see more products like these change the face of women's nutrition in pregnancy!

I’ve been eating these bars for the last year and a half and I enjoy them every time. Post partum I was RAVENOUS, so on top of it being a daily vitamin substitute, I used it as a really good snack in between my meals. I rotate between prenatal pills and these bars, and I really enjoy my flexibility on preferences.

Just a happy woman in her kitchen holding real food supplementation. I had given up an endless search for real food nutrition that always ended up in disguised synthetics. Now, I don’t need to WORRY all day about keeping track of vitamin/mineral content of my meals. Peace is priceless. HANNAH. I. LOVE. THEM. I am so grateful to God for finding you. Thank you and your husband for creating these! You have no idea so I’ll tell you, they are an answered prayer!! And I’ll tell you the truth, I didn't care what they were going to taste like because I know what they mean for my health but these are truly delicious!! My body craves them. Bless you 🙏🏼 Subscriptions will be for LIFE for me, pregnant or not. TY TY TY 🪴 for genuine. real. food. prenatal nutrition.

These are the first prenatals I’ve been able to tolerate without stomach aches, nausea, vomiting or indigestion. I so wish i'd found them earlier in pregnancy, but its absolutely better late than never. Thank you!

10 stars! Highly recommended. Absolutely wonderful customer service. Answered all my questions quickly & throughly. The idea of a prenatal as real food is genius, and I’m so excited about it. I’ve tried so many prenatals all make me nauseous. Not this one! Tastes good and it’s a meal too which is a great bonus for being cost effective.

I’m obsessed with these bars! I’ve done a ton of research on prenatals starting a couple months before I got pregnant. I could not find one that I truly loved until I found these. I am starting my second trimester next week so I will need to start increasing calories. This will make it easy and they taste amazing! I make it my sweet treat for the day and I look forward to eating it! I’m a chocolate lover but surprisingly the lemon blueberry is my favorite!

I’m amazed how real and delicious these bars are! It took me a long time to find a prenatal that was right for me but this one makes me feel great and its something I actually look forward to eating. ☺️

I am SO beyond excited to have these bars for this pregnancy!! A few months ago I was wishing there was some type of bar I could eat instead of my daily prenatal/multivitamin. Then I got an ad for Tend Prenatal and I couldn't believe it! I ordered it right away. I've tried all 3 flavors at this point and they are AMAZING. I can't believe I'm getting everything I need in a day from this delicious treat! I have the 30/month subscription, but to be honest I feel like I need more than that because my husband has tried them and loves them too 😅😅 He is always trying to figure out how he can have more.

Tend Prenatal bars taste so great that I enjoy them as a sweet treat at night before bed.

I’ve tried the Chocolate and Chocolate Peanut Butter so far and they are both SO AMAZING! I’ll be honest, I wasn’t expecting them to taste as awesome as they do considering they are replacing a multivitamin :) So many bars that actually use quality ingredients just don’t taste good - I’m so impressed.
